| Havens Poms PURCHASE /DEPOSIT CONTRACT and Health Agreement Thank you for choosing a puppy from Havens Poms!! All puppies being flown are Vet checked and pass the criteria for an Interstate Health Certificate before they are shipped to you. While in our care your puppy received lots of love, socialization, and it’s first worming and 5 way vaccinations (if you’re puppy was in my care past 11 weeks it will received another vaccination and worming). We allow 30 days for any genetic heart defect to be detected by your Vet; our warranty also includes liver shunt for 30 days. Confirmation of Liver Shunt requires a Bile Acid Test and a Color Flow Ultra Sound. Should a covered condition occur your puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal or greater value, if none is available within 180 days, the purchase price of the puppy will be refunded to you. We do not cover any airfare expenses for replacement puppies or refund Airfare expenses in case of refund. We are not responsible for any medical bills incurred by either the animal or yourself after the purchase. Complications that occur due to hypoglycemia are not covered. Complications such as Respiratory Tract Infections, stomach upsets or coccidiosis which can be caused by stress, shipping or environmental changes are not covered. Hypoglycemia is a controllable condition and is not considered a defect. Skin conditions, allergies, disagreement of family, landlord disapproval are not covered. It is also possible for puppies or dogs to pick up fleas on their way to you which is not covered. Exposure to puppy diseases such as kennel cough, parvo, and distemper are not covered. Within 2 business days of receiving your puppy we will allow a $50.00 discount for the following: Cherry eye, hernia, joint, knee or hip defects, and eye or ear defects. After this period No adjustments will be made. Proof of condition is required from a licensed veterinarian. This puppy is being represented as a breeding prospect with no guarantee of show quality or breeding abilities (however we will replace a male breeding prospect if both testicles have not descended by 12 months of age.) The puppy’s AKC registration papers will be provided at the time of the sale. Color, weight or disposition of this puppy is not guaranteed. Some airlines offer insurance to protect your investment in this puppy during the flight if you desire this it will be purchased at your expense. My signature acknowledges this warranty as a legal binding agreement between buyer and seller. By my signature I agree to the terms and conditions of this Sale/Deposit Contract and the terms and conditions of the health warranty stated in this document. This puppy is being sold with full registration rights as a breeding prospect. A deposit is a promise to buy the puppy. The balance due must be paid in full by 5:00 PM CST 5 business days prior to the scheduled shipping date. All deposits made are non refundable. Deposits received on puppies or adults old enough to ship will only hold the puppy or adult for 30 days before final payment is due. After that time all deposits will be forfeited to Havens Poms and the puppy/dog will be listed for sale again. Younger puppies will have until the puppy is 8 weeks old before final payment is due.
